Terms of Service for AI Supermodels on MixPix

Welcome to MixPix! These Terms of Service ("AI Supermodel Terms") are a legal agreement between MixPix ("MixPix", "we", "us", "our") and the owners of AI-generated images ("AI Supermodels", "you") who wish to make their images available for use within the MixPix service. By submitting your AI-generated image and participating as an AI Supermodel on MixPix, you agree to these AI Supermodel Terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not submit your image to MixPix.

1. Ownership Certification

• Ownership: You certify that you are the rightful owner of the AI-generated image(s) you submit to MixPix and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Image Use Consent

• Service Use: You grant permission for your AI-generated image to be used by MixPix users to generate new images through the service. You understand and accept that your image will be part of a database accessible to MixPix users for the creation of content.
• Content Ownership: You acknowledge and agree that the photos generated through the MixPix service using your image will be owned by the user who generated the image.

3. Generated Content Use

• Use Agreement: You agree to the general use of the generated content as outlined in the MixPix User Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, the rights and responsibilities of users regarding the generated content.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Content Misuse: Under no circumstances will MixPix be liable for any misuse, abuse, or unauthorized use of your AI-generated image by MixPix users or third parties. You acknowledge that MixPix provides a platform for content creation and is not responsible for the actions of its users beyond the service's intended use.

5. Social Handle Sharing

• Consent Mechanism: You agree to share your social media handle(s) with MixPix. This information will be made available to users for them to follow you and reach out to you for consent for uses of the generated content beyond the scope of the MixPix User Terms of Service. You understand this is a measure to facilitate communication and not a guarantee of contact or consent from you for such uses.

6. Changes to Terms

MixPix reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these AI Supermodel Terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes to the terms.

7. Governing Law

These AI Supermodel Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MixPix operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Platform Participation and Removal Rights

• Rights to Remove: MixPix reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any AI Supermodel's image from the platform or terminate an AI Supermodel's participation in MixPix for any reason, without prior notice and at any time. Reasons for removal may include, but are not limited to, violation of these AI Supermodel Terms, User Terms of Service, any applicable laws or regulations, or engaging in behavior that MixPix deems harmful to the service, its users, or any third parties.
• Effect of Removal: Upon removal, your AI-generated image(s) will no longer be accessible or available to MixPix users for generating new content. Any obligations arising prior to the termination date regarding the use of already generated content by MixPix users will survive the termination of your participation in the service.
